July 2025 updates – UI enhancements, bug fixes, and more

Let’s go through what we got done in July 2025 in NeetoKB.

New features and enhancements 🚀

✅ Ability to change category Slug

We've added the ability to easily change the category slug directly from the edit category sidepane, allowing you to update the URL alongside the category name.

✅ NeetoChat integration

We've added the NeetoChat integration card under the Integrations section, allowing you to configure whether the NeetoChat widget should be connected and displayed in the Knowledge Base.

✅ Default parent category in move pane

We've modified the category move pane UX to select the parent category by default.

✅ UI enhancement in redirection tab

We've added permanent links for help articles in the redirection tab of the Admin Panel.

✅ UI enhancement in the table listing articles and categories

Improved UI consistency by showing created at, updated at details for categories.

Bug fixes ⚒️

✅ Custom theme fixes

Fixed the issue that prevented custom themes from being cloned or deleted.

✅ Bugs in the redirection tab

Resolved issues with pane closure on update errors, infinite loading on domain-level submission errors, and incorrect URL regex validation.

✅ Bugs in the folder listing

Fixed an issue in the folder listing that was occasionally failing to display.
